Janneniska Ltd., the leading Nordic company providing aerial platform rental services (skylifts), has bought 91% of Bladefence Ltd.

The acquisition will have no impact on the daily business activities, management, staff or customer relations of the companies.However, it will reinforce the service portfolio of Janneniska Group, and enable further expansion of the companies into international markets.
