Bladefence is proud to announce that our environmental management system has been certified to ISO 14001 in all our three locations in Europe, USA and Canada. ISO 14001 accreditation is an addition to the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certificates which Bladefence received in 2022. ISO accreditation is an important achievement to us. It validates our company’s fulfilment of requirements relating to quality process standards and commitment to continually improve our environmental management system.
By achieving the ISO certification, our service business demonstrates that we have all the necessary tools, resources, and equipment to provide high quality service that meet all industry regulations. We are fully focused and committed to the ISO 14001 standard and have implemented the requirements to our business.
Our management system is laid on the solid, documented processes of our operations. We monitor, measure, and analyse the most significant environmental aspects of our business and activities continuously. Furthermore, yearly targets are set and implemented in daily work routines through policies, training, and campaigns. Internal process audits are implemented to verify the compliance of the set requirements and to discover the improvement possibilities. The environmental performance statistics are analysed in monthly and yearly bases in order to implement necessary corrective measures.
While achieving our Environmental ISO Certification is a remarkable accomplishment, our work is far from over. We are continuously looking for ways with the aim of increasing the environmental sustainability of our service by identifying areas of improvement through evaluation and revision of our methods and practices as well as research and innovation.
